By submitting a photo image through the Tuskegee University Photo Upload web site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.
If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to schedule a time to have your photo taken and your Golden Tiger ID card issued. Please contact the IT helpdesk by phone at 334-727-8040 or by sending an email to helpdesk@tuskegee.edu.
This Photo Upload web site is provided by the Office of Information Technology at Tuskegee University and its third-party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.
The Golden Tiger ID Card is the official ID card of the University and is managed by the Office of Information Technology. The Golden Tiger ID Card is the property of Tuskegee University and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Golden Tiger ID Card, and it serves as proof of identity, enrollment status, and provides access to campus facilities, services and events.
This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility. Common university area access, such as Libraries and campus computing labs is automatically granted to all. Students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out books.
By submitting this photo for your student ID you agree this photo may be used by Tuskegee University Departments, including but not limited to the Bursar, Financial Aid, Housing, Student Affairs, and Student Health.
Tuskegee University does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
- Golden Tiger Card are property of Tuskegee University.
- Lost card must be reported to Golden Tiger Card office.
- The card holder is responsible for the cost of the replacement card.
- Do not lend your Golden Tiger Card to anyone for any purpose.
- Tampering or defacing your Golden Tiger Card may lead to criminal charges.
