Any first time (1st year freshmen) or transfer student, new Faculty, and new Staff are not charged for their initial card.
OIT will notify first time or transfer students when their cards are ready for pickup within 48 hours after card submissions are accepted. Faculty and Staff will receive their card within 2 business days of accepted submissions. Replacement cards, however must be picked up at the Golden Tiger Card Office at schedule time.
JPEG, GIF, and TIFF. JPEG is recommended.
Your application for a Golden Tiger ID Card will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the Office of Information Technology Department to have your ID card manually produced.
If you lose your card, immediately go to the Web Center and select "DEACTIVATE CARD."
You can express order a replacement card if you have the necessary funds available in your account. Use the online Express card replacement form. Once the form is submitted you will be charged $36.00 from your account. If you do not have the necessary funds in your account you will have to go in person to the Office of Information Technology Department, request a replacement card and pay at the Bursar office in advance.
